I first stumbled upon Crossfit by chance the summer of 2012. I completed my first five intro classes (On-Ramp), but I didn’t begin training consistently until August 2013. From there it’s been a magnificent journey that I am blessed to have experienced.
I began as an athlete in Crossfit North Wall which later in April 2015 became Crossfit Phoenix. During this transition from North Wall to Phoenix is when I began coaching. As time passed I continued to fall in love more and more with fitness and all it’s components (training, recovery, and nutrition). I continued to grow as a coach both in knowledge and experience. It was the winter of 2019-2020 when I finally transitioned into my current position as owner of Crossfit Phoenix 815.
For years I had marinated the idea of owning a Crossfit gym and guiding as many people as possible to a healthy and happy lifestyle. I believe that healthier people make happier people, and happier people make better people, eventually leading to a healthier, happier, and better society overall. Health and fitness go beyond physical wellbeing, and I will use it to make the world a better place, one person at a time.
