Our New Kids Fitness Program

We are very excited to announce the beginning of our long awaited kids fitness program. For years an offering like this has been in our eyesight, but never fully came to life, until now!

This program will align directly with our mission to help as many people as possible to live healthy, happy, active lives. The sooner we are able to get to our athletes the easier and more permanent the healthy lifestyle will be. With this program we will be able to instill the same healthy habits that we do to our adult members, but in a more fun and kid friendly way.

The age range will be from 5 to 11 years of age. It’ll be a great way to get kids off the couch and in movement. It’ll be a great way for kids to make new friends and learn to enjoy being active. 

We will meet twice per week. Tuesdays at 11:00am and Saturdays at 10:15am. Each class will run for 45 minutes and will be led by Coach Mallory.
