CROSSFIT

Classes are one hour long and include a warmup and cool-down/stretching/mobility period. Each class is different, so you will not get bored. We want you to be fitter in every way, so we will challenge you with a constantly changing selection of activities that will improve your strength, speed, agility, endurance, power, coordination and flexibility. Personal training in a group environment.

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

Classes take place in a small group setting and last for approximately 90 minutes. Instruction and practice focus on Olympic lifts. Time will be spent working on the strength and skill required to improve the lifts.

BOOT CAMP

Our Boot Camp programs are based on a combination of body weight strength and cardiovascular exercises. Camp instructors keep things lively by integrating push-ups, pull-ups, squats and other strength builders with running, sprinting drills and plyometrics designed to increase speed and build cardiovascular endurance. Some light weightlifting is involved also.
