CROSSFIT

Classes are one hour long and include a warmup and cool-down/stretching/mobility period. Each class is different, so you will not get bored. We want you to be fitter in every way, so we will challenge you with a constantly changing selection of activities that will improve your strength, speed, agility, endurance, power, coordination and flexibility. Personal training in a group environment.

YOGA

Our Yoga uses a comprehensive set form that addresses the entire body in one session—unlike CrossFit’s constant variety—and links postures together with a flowing, core-centric movement called a vinyasa. Vinyasas are similar to the pass-through done on gymnastic parallettes in CrossFit but are performed on the floor in Ashtanga. The result is a powerful, flowing and vigorous practice connected by breath and movement, with ample sweat and staggering physical challenges.

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

Classes take place in a small group setting and last for approximately 90 minutes. Instruction and practice focus on Olympic lifts. Time will be spent working on the strength and skill required to improve the lifts.

PHOENIX KIDS

CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Further, the needs of second graders and high-school varsity wrestlers differ by degree and not kind; the program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids.

BOOT CAMP

Our Boot Camp programs are based on a combination of body weight strength and cardiovascular exercises. Camp instructors keep things lively by integrating push-ups, pull-ups, squats and other strength builders with running, sprinting drills and plyometrics designed to increase speed and build cardiovascular endurance. Some light weightlifting is involved also.
