Taylor’s Crossfit Story

I started at CrossFit Phoenix about 6 weeks after having my second baby and have been showing up almost every day since. Prior to pregnancy,  I worked out daily at a local large gym and did a variety of classes and weightlifting on my own.  The thing that has me still hooked on CrossFit is the ability to learn something new every time you get to the gym. The coaches at Phoenix have taught me gymnastics, Olympic lifting and endurance techniques. Their skilled coaching has allowed me to start at a complete beginner’s level and progress to continue building to hit my personal goals. It’s been 3 years since I joined CrossFit Phoenix and I’m stronger, more confident and have made more great friends through our gym community than I ever would have imagined.
